MiAlgae London Vet Show iPad Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

Promoter – The promoter of this competition is MiAlgae Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (Company No: SC544670) with its registered office at First Floor, 9 Haymarket Square, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH3 8RY (“MiAlgae”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

Eligibility:

  • The competition is open to attendees of the London Vet Show 2025 who visit the MiAlgae stand B31 and complete the MiAlgae ‘The important role of Omega-3s in companion animals’ survey during the event.

  • Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

  • Only one entry per person is permitted.

  • Employees of MiAlgae, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.

How to enter:

  • To enter, visit the MiAlgae stand at the London Vet Show 2025 and complete the Omega-3 survey in full.
  • All eligible entries will be entered into a prize draw.
  • The competition opens on 20 November at 09.00 GMT and closes at 21 November at 16.00 GMT. Entries received after this time will not be included.

Prize

  • The prize is one (1) Apple iPad (model: A16 Wifi -128GB), approximate retail value £300.
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  • MiAlgae reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries by MiAlgae within [7] days of the competition closing date.

  • The winner will be notified by email or telephone using the contact details provided in the survey or given at the stand.

  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, MiAlgae reserves the right to select another winner.

  • The prize will be arranged for delivery or collection at the winner’s convenience.

Data Protection and Privacy

  • Personal data provided in connection with this competition will be processed in accordance with MiAlgae’s Privacy Policy.

  • Data collected via the Omega-3 survey may be used for research and marketing purposes by MiAlgae, but will not be shared with third parties without consent.

  • By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and photograph for promotional purposes if they are selected as the winner, without additional compensation.

General

  • MiAlgae accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, delayed, or incomplete due to technical issues.

  • MiAlgae’s decision on all matters relating to the competition is final and binding.

  • The competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by Scottish law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
